Who we are

This site is run by Medium Rare Trading LLC, Office No. 358, Obaid Musabeh Mohammed Al Mansoori Building, Hor Al Anz, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you have a question about anything on this page, email joseph@mediumrare.ae.

What we collect

The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: a brand or company name, your name, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, a phone number and website. We don't run analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry. That's it. We use your details to get back to you about distribution or the brands we represent, and for nothing else unless you tell us otherwise.

How it's handled

The form is processed by Netlify, which hosts this site. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account and sent to us by email. Netlify's own privacy notice is at netlify.com/privacy.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're in a conversation with you, and for a reasonable period after so we can pick it back up. If you'd like your details removed sooner, email us and we'll delete them.

Sharing

We don't sell or pass your details to anyone. If you've asked us about a specific brand, we may need to share your enquiry with that brand to answer it, we'll say so when we reply.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email joseph@mediumrare.ae and we'll sort it.

Links to other sites

This site links out to our retail partners, the brands we represent, our e-commerce store and the Medium Rare Showroom. Each of those has its own privacy notice; this one only covers this site.
