What this site is

This is a company site. It describes the brands we distribute, the retailers we sell to, and how to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer to sell goods, and nothing you do here forms a contract. Wholesale supply is agreed separately, in writing, brand by brand and account by account.

Using the site

You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and get in touch. Please don't scrape it at volume, try to break it, or copy it wholesale for your own use.

Brands and retailers named here

The brand names, retailer names, logos and trade marks shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe who we work with. Their appearance here is not an endorsement of Medium Rare by them, and nothing here should be read as speaking on their behalf. Distribution arrangements change; a brand or retailer shown here may no longer be current by the time you read it.

Our content

The Medium Rare name and mark, the site copy, the layout and our own photography belong to us. Please ask before reproducing them.

Accuracy

We keep this site as accurate as we reasonably can, but we don't warrant that everything on it is complete or current, and we may change it at any time without notice.

Links out

This site links to our retail partners, the brands we represent, our e-commerce store and the Medium Rare Showroom. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Availability

We aim to keep the site up, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, and we may withdraw any part of it.

Liability

We provide this site as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for loss arising from your use of it or reliance on anything on it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
